Equity Sales Assistant- Quantitative Sales

Wolfe Research is seeking a dynamic, market-savvy professional who will serve as a crucial liaison between our quantitative research team and institutional clients. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with exceptional interpersonal skills, positioning them to thrive in our fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support to the Senior Quantitative Sales Specialist in all aspects of research and data distribution
- Leverage CRM data, including extracting client resource utilization to ensure proper monetization
- Help identify revenue generating opportunities
- Assist with client requests and needs, and coordinate with internal quantitative researchers
- Participate in ad hoc group projects to help improve the operations of the greater sales team
- Provide organizational support for client and industry events
- Assist in managing data vendor relationships and exploring new opportunities for data analysis
- Manage sales travel booking and expense reporting
Requirements:
- 0-2 Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University with a strong academic track record
- Strong quantitative aptitude with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Basic familiarity with data structures and experience working with financial quantitative data
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets with a familiarity of equity markets and the institutional equities marketplace
- Self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
At Wolfe Research we feel passionately about equal pay for equal work and pay transparency is an integral practice for that. The compensation for this role is market competitive with a base salary range of $70,000-$85,000. We intend to offer the selected candidate a base salary within this range, based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill set, job-related experience, and location. In addition, we offer an annual discretionary incentive bonus and competitive employee benefits including: medical, dental and vision coverage; life, accident and disability insurance.
