Wolfe Research Senior Healthcare Services Analyst, Justin Lake, will host a group lunch with Brian Kane (CFO) and Amy Smith (VP Investor Relations) in New York City on Wednesday, June 5th.
In this seminar, we will discuss two of our latest research. First, we will present our research on the global public real estate market – both REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and property companies. We use a suite of alternative data vendors (e.g., CIQ, SNL) and incorporate the unique idiosyncratic issues in analyzing REITs and property stocks. Next, we describe the third part of our global energy stock research series. In this piece, we focus on the upstream E&P (Exploration and Production) industry. We demonstrate how alternative data on E&P companies’ reserve and production can be used to enhance alpha.
