Announces Two Senior Hires A Leading Independent Firm Continues to Expand June 11th, 2012   New York, NY — Wolfe Trahan & Co., a premier investment research boutique, announced today that Sandra Pallante has joined the firm as a Director and Chief Compliance Officer.  This hire follows the recent addition of veteran, highly-regarded institutional sales person, Bill Weber.  Mr. Weber joined the firm as a Director in Institutional Services focused on servicing accounts in New York and Connecticut.  Bill joins a well-established research sales team now numbering fourteen exceptional professionals and the firm intends to continue to expand this effort over the balance of 2012.   Commenting on these most recent hires, Wolfe Trahan & Co.’s founder and CEO, Edward Wolfe, declared, “I have known Sandra as a lawyer, colleague and friend for the past 10 years. Morgan where since the 2008 merger with Bear Stearns she has held the senior roles of Executive Director for J.P. Morgan’s Equity Compliance Department, Compliance Director for Equity Research and Global Research Settlement attorney for the firm.  Prior to J.P. Morgan, she was a Managing Director and served as Director of Equity and Fixed Income Research Compliance at Bear Stearns, where she was responsible for the global compliance oversight of equity and fixed income research, an expert network affiliate and for writing many of the firm’s policies and procedures.  Prior to Bear Stearns, Ms. Pallante rose to the position of Director of Equity Research Compliance for Lehman Brothers.  Sandra earned a B.A. in Political Science and English Literature from Pace University, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and has been admitted to the New York Bar Association.   Mr. Weber brings to Wolfe Trahan over 15 years of experience in institutional equity sales.  Since 2007 he served as a Director at WJB Capital Group and prior to that he spent 12 years at Arnhold & S.
