Wolfe Research Ranks #12 in Prestigious Research Poll

New York, NY — October 9, 2015 – Institutional investors voted Wolfe Research #12 (by weighting) in the 2015 All-America Research Poll, which was announced this week by Institutional Investor Magazine.

All seven of our senior Wolfe Research analysts eligible ranked in the top five in their respective sectors, including #1 slots for Chris Senyek in Accounting & Tax Policy and Steve Fleishman in Electric Utilities, a #2 ranking for Scott Mushkin in Retailing/Food & Drug, and #3 placements for Hunter Keay in Airlines and for Scott Group in Airfreight & Surface Transportation. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Wolfe, a research boutique, has ranked among the top 15 U.S. institutional research providers despite its relatively small size.

Ed Wolfe, Managing Member stated “Wolfe Research was founded almost eight years ago with a view that an unwavering commitment to truly top tier research would be recognized in a marketplace where such work was increasingly hard to find. We compete against much larger organizations and it is very gratifying to see that we can have an impact with a more narrowly focused and quality- centric effort. We want to thank our clients for their support of our firm and for their recognition of our research teams.”

Wolfe currently covers the following sectors: Accounting & Tax Policy, Aerospace & Defense, Airlines, Airfreight & Surface Transportation, Electric Utilities, Integrated Oil, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production, Portfolio Strategy, Quantitative Analysis, Retailing Food & Drug Chains, Retailing Department Stores & Specialty Softlines, and Retailing Hardlines. In each case the goal is to produce outstanding research, backed by best–in–class client service.
