JBLU: June PRASM solid but our EPS estimates are unchanged
JBLU’s June PRASM increased 6% y/y, which was above previous guidance of +3% to +4%, provided on 6/12. We viewed prior guidance as highly conservative given the sequential easing of the y/y comparison by 1100bp m/m, but we don’t view JBLU’s monthly PRASM guidance as generally something that is “sandbagged” by management, so the month likely just closed a bit stronger than expected.
